Rochelle B. Weinstein is the USA Today and Amazon bestselling author of We Are Made of Stars, What You Do To Me, When We Let Go, This Is Not How It Ends, Somebody’s Daughter, Where We Fall, The Mourning After, and What We Leave Behind. A former entertainment industry executive, she splits her time between sunny South Florida and the mountains of North Carolina. Rochelle is a voracious reader who has shared monthly book picks on Miami’s NBC-6 and is currently the book contributor for Miami’s AQUA Magazine and literary salon Women Writers, Women’s Books. This champion of writers also teaches publishing workshops at Nova Southeastern University’s Alvin Sherman Library. She is already plotting out books nine and ten. @rochellebweinstein
Paulette Kennedy is the author of The Artist of Blackberry Grange, The Devil and Mrs. Davenport, The Witch of Tin Mountain, and Parting the Veil, which received the HNS Review Editor’s Choice Award. Her work has been featured in People Magazine, The Mary Sue, Paste Magazine, and BookBub. Originally from the Missouri Ozarks, she now lives with her family and a menagerie of rescue pets in sunny Southern California, where sometimes, on the very best days, the mountains are wreathed in gothic fog. @pkennedywrites
Audrey Ingram is the author of The River Runs South, The Group Trip, and most recently, The Summer We Ran, which was selected as an Indie Next, LibraryReads, and Book of the Month pick for June 2025. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and Georgetown University Law Center, and practiced law in Washington, DC for fifteen years before transitioning to writing. Her work has been featured in Southern Living, Town & Country, and People Magazine. An Alabama native, she now lives in Virginia with her husband and three children. @Audreyingramwrites
Emily Carpenter is the bestselling author of five suspense novels published by Lake Union and writes contemporary romance as Isla Moore, author of the Thornhill, Georgia Books. Her latest gothic suspense, GOTHICTOWN (Kensington), a Publishers Marketplace Buzz Books selection, received a starred review from Booklist and is currently in development as a limited series for AMC TV and Made with Love Media.
A graduate of Auburn University with a B.A. in Speech Communication, Emily has worked as an actor, producer, screenwriter, and soap opera assistant on CBS’s As the World Turns and Guiding Light. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she now lives in Atlanta with her family. @emily.d.c
