Join us for a flavorful evening in the courtyard with acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and author William Dissen.

Join us from 6:00 – 7:15 PM for a live cooking demonstration with Chef Dissen, owner of The Market Place, who will prepare signature dishes from his new book , “Thoughtful Cooking.”

The demonstration will include Hot Honey Zucchini Fritters and a perfectly seared Rib Eye. Enjoy refreshing cocktail pairings, including Chef Dissen’s signature Greyhound or Peach Jalapeño Margarita, crafted to complement each bite.

From 7:15 – 8:30 PM, guests will be treated to a three-course, prix-fixe dinner curated by The Whitman team, featuring select items inspired by the cookbook.

Tickets are $125 per person and includes:
– Live demo + cocktail pairings
– A signed copy of Thoughtful Cooking
– 3-course dinner

A portion of the sales will be donated to Equal Plates Project.
