The Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up transforms 30 modular shipping containers at Tanger Asheville into an oasis inspired by the elegance of our Miami home, housing an array of luxury fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle brands alongside Asheville’s own makers and local partners. Stroll shaded walkways, relax under a canopy of palms, and indulge in locally sourced cuisine at our signature restaurant, The Whitman.

Bal Harbour Shops is dedicated to the mission of bringing a positive impact to Asheville through supporting and partnering with local vendors, aligning with including Always Asheville Fund and Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity for mission-driven activations and contributing to the comeback of Asheville with a give-back pledge directing a portion of overall Pop-up sales throughout its duration to benefit Hurricane Helene Recovery.
